About the Role

Part of a renowned regional hotel chain group, this recently refurbished country Hotel is on the hunt for an experienced and passionate professional to lead our newly established vibrant Marketing team.

  • Be responsible for maximising brand awareness across all relevant international and national hotel marketing & social media platforms:, Trivago, Expedia, wotif, TripAdvisor, Agoda, Facebook, WeChat, Weibo, YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok
  • In full control of the promotional calendar, coordinate seasonal and year-round digital marketing campaigns and content
  • Engage in reputation management through monitoring and responding to comments on booking platforms
  • Attend external events and trading shows, representing the Company and the Venue on all levels
  • Establish and develop the company website and online booking platform, ensure the achievement of annual revenue goals
  • Ensure all communication (both digital and physical) and content is consistent with the Company’s positioning and brand standards
  • Support the initiative of downstream distributor engagement program to ensure, maintain good relationship with industry participants
  • Employ strategic branding strategy and develop Mariners on the Waterfront’s suite of brands standard to achieve four-star rating
  • Research the marketing and branding trend provide recommendations on revenue generating initiatives to the management
  • Prepare and participate in all industrial and local brand awards selection with an aim to promote the brand of Mariner on the Waterfront
  • Liaise with hotel product users, analyse and provide branding strategy feedback
About You

To thrive in this role, you will need to have excellent marketing mindset with outstanding presentation and written and oral communications skills but also:

  • Be confident, self-motivated and autonomous
  • Background in Luxurious, Upscale Venues or Large Hotels (4 stars and above)
  • Proven track record of adaptability and evolving with market trends
  • Marketing experience with Asian client focus
